Quiz design related

Hi @moderators ,

I’ve found one quiz which has a “tricky” set up where the “None of above” is placed at the 3rd place of the total 4 options.

And in my experience with quiz, the options can change place randomly each time I redo the quiz.
Thus the “None of above” can actually be on top of 4 options in some cases. (Haven’t actually seen such case yet, will report back if it really happens)
