Queues should have a minutes setting for SLA

The shortest SLA possible is 1 hour for an Orchestrator queue. We should have the ability to define SLAs shorter than that. Our current requirement for an automation is a 10 minute SLA. Since queues are limited, we’ll have to write it into our automation to set the Deadline for each queue item.

Not having a minutes setting also means we couldn’t do, say, a 1 hour 30 minute SLA.

Sounds reasonable. I pushed this idea to the internal tracker so that our Orchestrator team won’t miss it while considering the future roadmap.

Could you find out how the Orchestrator database stores this setting? Maybe it’s possible to directly set it to whatever we want right in the database.
