Queues not available in Insights, but existing in Orch

Hello Community!

I could use your expertise with a couple of questions regarding Insights:

  1. I’m selecting queues to build the dashboard tiles, but some queues that are available in Orchestrator do not appear in the Insights filter list. I also searched by Queue ID (not only by queue name), but the result is the same.
  2. While reviewing the tile results, I identified a few transactions and looked them up individually in Orchestrator for more details. Interestingly, one of them belongs to a queue that is different from the one selected in the Insights filters. In fact, that queue is not even available to select in Insights.

Has anyone seen this behavior before or have any ideas on what might be causing it?

Thanks in advance!

UPDATE 07072026

Thank you all for your comments and help. I´ve reviewed the options you kindly shared but it doesn´t work yet: tenant, folder access, refresh time, etc. The folder is already accessible for Insights, some of the Orch queues are visible , but others, no. They have completed transactions and the elapsed time is enough.

  • Even, I´ve tried with the queue ID, not just the queue name, but it´s the same result.

Few posaible reasons are permission issues , filters at dashboard level and having no items processed in queue alao would not let insights get queue data

But second looks interesting..are the two wueue behaving like thid are parent child queues?

Cheers

Hi @Espana_Garcia2

Welcome to Community,

Check the Insights data refresh status and verify that the missing queues are within the folder scope included in Insights reporting. Since Insights uses synchronized reporting data rather than live Orchestrator data, delays or scope differences can cause queues to be missing from filters or transactions to appear unexpectedly.
If helpful, mark as solution. Happy automation with UiPath

Hi @Espana_Garcia2,

UiPath Insights and Orchestrator are not fully synchronized or are filtering data differently. Here are the most common causes:

  • Insights synchronization delay - Insights does not query Orchestrator in real time. It relies on a data warehouse that is refreshed periodically. Newly created queues or recently modified queues may not appear until the next synchronization cycle.
  • Queue permissions/folder scope - The queue may exist in a different folder (Modern Folder, Classic Folder, or another tenant) than the one being reported on. If Insights is configured for specific folders only, queues outside those folders won’t appear in the filter.

Thanks!

I´m not sure if they´re behaving as parent/child queues. Is there a way to verify it?

@Espana_Garcia2

Check the queue links by editing the queue
