When I get an Error Summary in my mailbox, I click the See more link, and the Orchestrator opens and presents me with an alert that the Queue definition doesn’t exists and I’m redirected to Home screen of the folder that I was last in.
Hi @mdiv
It sounds like the issue happens because UiPath Orchestrator can’t find the Queue when you click the “See more” link in the Error Summary email. That’s why it sends you back to the Home screen of the last folder you visited.
Here’s what you can try:
- Check if the Queue exists: Make sure the Queue mentioned in the email still exists in Orchestrator. It could have been deleted or renamed, which might explain why it’s not found.
- Folder location: Ensure the Queue is set up in the right folder. Orchestrator organizes everything by folders, so if it’s in another folder, you might be getting redirected.
- Permission issue: Double-check that you have the right permissions to access the Queue. Lack of access could be causing the problem.
- Broken link: The “See more” link in the email could be broken or pointing to the wrong place. Try manually navigating to the Queue in Orchestrator to confirm if it’s an issue with the link.
If none of this works, you will probably need to open ticket to UiPath support
Thank you, I have already logged a call with Support, but I was curious if other people had the same issue.
When looking at the url, I have tried to check if the FolderId is correct, and that worked perfectly, so i wonder why I’m send to another FolderId.
I have checked the QueueId, and that exists as well.
I have looked into the transactions on the queue and I can find the QueueItemId aswell.
To make it even weirder, it works in a Alert Summary I have just received, but the one from tonight isn’t working.
I’m looking forward to a reply from Support.
That’s weird seems to be like some kind of bug though!
The error was in the Orchestrator, but is now fixed.
