we have setup “Generate an alert if the job started and has not completed” time limit in Queue trigger. But its didn’t work. we didn’t receive mail notification from orchestrator.

Make sure that the email settings in Orchestrator are correctly configured, if yes ensure that email server settings in Orchestrator are correct and accessible from the Orchestrator server then check test the email configuration by sending a test email from Orchestrator. finaly check if there are any updates or hotfixes available that may address the issue.

we have setup “Generate an alert if the job started and has not completed” options in both triggers. Schedule triggere and Queue triggers.
But we are getting mail notification for schedule triggers . For queue triggers, we didn’t receive any mail notification.
