Queue Trigger is Unable tomOpen Chrome Browser

Hi All,

I am using Queue Trigger but its throwing error “Browser Failed To Launch”

Use Browser Chrome: My Apps Dashboard | Databricks: The browser failed to launch.

Yes in Studio its working

if its working from studio and failing from orchestrator

mostly it is becasue the robot is not in service mode

or the vm is closed instead of sigout

I just disconnected the user from the vM Machine and started the job from orchestrator. The job started but unable to launch the chrome

You sure its not a background process and did you validate Chrome is installed able to run manually on that VM and login?

Manually form the studio when i am running its able to launch the chrome. But when queue triggered getting below error.

The project settings were enabled for Bcakground Process hence it was not able to launch the chrome. I disabled the settings for Background Process and its working fine now . Thanks

There ya go, I suspected as such since a background process doesnt have a desktop so trying to open apps like this will fail like that.
