Queue Manager in Orchestrator

Question regarding queue in orchestrator, after the dispatcher, sends the data to the queue, the status changes from New to In Progress after a couple of minutes without running the Performer. Has anyone experienced the same thing? What did you do?

Actions:

  1. Check if there were any robot used the same queue name. -No

  2. Tried to rename the queue name, same behavior happened.

I didn’t get your issue

From the Screenshot I can see that the process struck in Inprogress for 4 hours, Is it that long?

If not then check the logs and investigate the cause of struck

My issue was after sending the data to the queue, the status was “NEW” but after a couple of minutes, without triggering the run button for the performer it turned to “IN PROGRESS”. Weird behavior, the expected state should be “NEW”
