You can run several processes, however this varies depending on the scenario, because if you want to run several processes at the same time in the same machine and session, they must all be background processes, however you can run multiple processes in different sessions, it all depends on the scenario that requires it. But if your question refers to whether it can function as a process dispatcher, yes it can

Yes you can run multiple…but only one of it can be a foreground process and rest all should be background processes

Also you need enough licenses to run each process
