Question on move mail activity : { "message": "Operation aborted (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004004 (E_ABORT))"

When I use move mail activity to move mail into specific folder, it returns this error. The folder is a subfolder of Inbox folder.

How can I fix it?

If it’s is subfolder say inside inbox

Please specify folder Name as

“Inbox/FolderName”
