Got this answer finally from UiPath documentation. As it suggest, only send window message and chromium api supports background and hotkey support. Learned something new today. Please let me if any deviates from my findings. Thanks! [input method screenshot]

its better you use chromium api or simulate but again the support for few sites might not be there due to the behavior of site as well
