Python limitations

Does invoking Python still require 3.6 and under and can only be 32 bit? Or have these limitations changed? I am having difficulty installing the 32 bit on my 64 bit server - but require Python to make some api calls within my Bot. Does anyone know the current requirements or been able to work around this problem?

Is that only in the latest release?

Yes, support for Python x64 came out in 2018.3.
