Put together text from two input dialog

I want a way to find a file, in this case a excel doc, by using the input dialog. So by writing which month and year into a “input dialog” it will choose the the filpath to the right excel document. I tried to put the output VB right into the filepath to Excel application Scope but that didnt work.

Put what code you put in the Excel Scope here, and we can analyze it if you have any mistakes. Also, place that same code into a Write Line and output what the value equals from the “Output” pane - this is a good way to check a value to make sure it’s the intended value, then we can let you know of any corrections you need.
