Purpose of dispatcher in Level3 Assignment2

I am doing the final assignment of Level3. It has got dispatcher and Performer in the document. I just wanted to understand the purpose of “Dispatcher”.
All I have understood so far is, dispatcher is used to add WI4 workItems to the queue. Rest of the operations are done by Performer.
Kindly suggest if my understanding is incorrect.

Hi @anjankum

Your understanding is correct.
Dispatcher - will add WI4 items to the Orchestrator Queue.
Performer - will process the queue items one by one.
