Purchase of Enterprise Edition between Vendor & Client

Hi There,

Apologize if this is not considered as the right platform to ask such question. I see there could be few of below cases for Ownership of Enterprise Edition between Vendor & Client.

Note: When i say vendor, its the consulting company that provides services to the clients by implementing an RPA Automation model for them.

→ Client Purchases the Enterprise Edition of Studio & Orchestrator and then provide the access for the same to their vendor to implement RPA for their business process.

→ Vendor Purchases the Enterprise Edition of Studio & Orchestrator License for each of their clients.

Apologize if the question looks silly, but would like to know the model that is mostly followed in the organization between Vendors and Client.
