Published Robots are not showing up in my team's robot tray

Hello,

I’m trying to publish a robot to UiPath Assistant so that my team mates can use it. But they’re not able to see it.

A couple quick things:

  1. Robots that I publish successfully show up in UiPath Assistant running on my computer
  2. I have two teammates set up in my UiPath Administrator section, both with licenses allocated to them.
  3. they’ve accepted the invitation to join my organization

But when my team mates go to open UiPath Assistant, the robots I publish are not available. Is there something I can do so that they can have all of my robots publish to their UiPath Assistants as well?

Are they given attended license?Do they have access to the folder that contains the processes

In Orchestrator → Tenant → Settings → Robot Security → try to choose Hybrid and Hybrid for Attended and Unattended robot automation in case you are not using the User License Management feature.

If your impacted colleague has assigned him an Automation Express license, he will be able to see only the processes from his Personal Workspace folder.
