Publish orchestrator does not found in publish form in the uipath

Hi everybody
I hope that you are fine
when I finished my robot this morning and it is the first time to publish a UIPath robot I opened the training of the orchestrator and I found him open publish option called publish to orchestrator where it is not found in my studio so can anybody help me

Can you please explain a little bit? Some screenshots will help us to understand where is the problem.
