Publish option not available on Community Edition/ new user

The publish option is not available on my UIPath studio. Greyed out, and can only see publish test cases and that is greyed out. no other options.Can someone assist me on what I may be doing wrong? UI assistant is running and I am logged in, in addition to the orchestrator as well,.
