Publishing a project from Studio to Orchestrator, the following error is received - "The process from Robot Tray fails to download"; while trying to download it tries for some time and fails.

Error Description:

  1. When it is tried to publish a project from Studio to Orchestrator, the following error is thrown

  1. The process from Robot Tray fails to download while trying to download it tries for some time and fails.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. When a project is published to Orchestrator, before transferring the file, it initially stores the file in "C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Temp\ ..." location. Form the location (mentioned before). The published nupkg file is transferred to the Orchestrator Package from that location. Please check the user has full access to the UserProfile Folder. Try publishing the project again.
  1. If Step-1 does not solve the issue, then give Full access to the Everybody or Authorized Users (user group) to Userprofile folder or AppData folder, publish the project again. This should solve the issue of Publishing Project from Studio to Orchestrator and Running Process from Robot Tray.

  1. If the above steps do not solve the issue, using an administrator account, LowLevelTracing needs to be captured while publishing project from Studio to Orchestrator, Low level should contain information on the detailed steps being performed internally.
