Unable to upload/publish any packages to the Orchestrator either through Studio or manually through the Orchestrator web portal. When trying to upload through Orchestrator, error " Publish of Process project to Orchestrator failed. The operation has timed out." is thrown.
Check if the following error is present in the Orchestrator logs:
" Error: Azure.RequestFailedException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (xxxxxxx.blob.core.windows.net:443)"
The error indicates that there is a misconfiguration somewhere. If the deployment configuration is correct, then most likely the local DNS records and endpoints used in Azure setup are not correct.
Resolution: After correcting the DNS records, Orchestrator should function correctly and it should be possible to publish packages and run processes from both the assistant and Orchestrator.
