Prompting to Check-Out Invoked Workfiles while Executing

Scenario: Our team has created a ‘main’ workflow that invokes sequences that are saved as a separate files in our project. When executing the ‘main’ workflow as a ‘read only’ or when ‘checked out’, we are prompted if we want to ‘check out’ the invoked files–resulting in a execution timeout because the UiPath error prompt interrupts the workflow.

When we check out all of the files, the bot runs perfectly fine. Is this due to the limited functionality of the community edition or a limitation of UiPath?
