Project.Jsonの仕様につき2点ご教示ください。
1.プロジェクトパネルで更新ボタンをクリックすると、プロジェクト内のファイルの削除やファイル名の変更を調べて、Project.Jsonに反映されると推測しますが、合ってますか？
2.Project.Jsonを削除すると、プロジェクト再起動時に、プロジェクト環境を調べてProject.Jsonが再作成される（別の言葉で言えば最適化される）
との認識ですが、合っていますか？
Yes it is correct
Project.json file will be automatically created whenever you open the project using Main.Xaml file
However, any manually customized settings in the original Project.Json (e.g., specific dependency versions or runtime configurations) will be lost and reset to defaults.
