I have planned to do my first project in Uipath Studio. But I dont know which project to choose. So please provide me project title and concept.

Does that mean you are learning UiPath? If yes, suggesting to go with academy.uipath.com and complete the trainings.
There are many practicals available to prepare you for the real time projects. Also practical assignments are available which is very useful to understand the advanced concepts.
