Project Architecture Suggestion required

I have a project could you please help me to find out the project Architecture

Task:

  1. Read Sales PDF
  2. Extract the Data In Excel
  3. Save the Excel Data in Table
  4. Database Should centralized, client need keep all record in the Database(cloud)
  5. So
    We have 3 Table (Consignment Details, second delivery charge , Shopify Details)
    6 I need to fetch the Data from All, table and make the consolidate one
    7 On the basis of data client Want , Loss and profit report

Task I have covered:

  1. Read Sales PDF - Done
  2. Extract the Data In Excel - Done
  3. Save the Excel Data in Table - Done
  4. Database Should centralized, client need keep all record in the Database(cloud)

For Point 4 , i have use the Data service, But manipulation i think i need to choose any other data base

Could you please suggest
