Program managers get confused by the option to approve for COE

Hello,

When the program managers approve the detailed assessments, they have to pick one of the entries below. Most of the automations are citizen developers, but they tend to click on the first entry, which is approve for COE. I believe this is because:

  1. It is the first entry
  2. It is green
  3. It says Qualification: Approved

I don’t think it’s fair to blame the program managers because the first option in the drop-down menu seems like the correct one to choose. I looked into changing the options in the drop-down menu, but it doesn’t seem to be possible. Is there a solution to this problem?

Well If you are having trouble with program managers approving citizen developer automations for COE, I would recommend to consider using a different approval process for citizen developer automations. For example, you could have a separate approval flow for citizen developer automations, or you could have a different person approve citizen developer automations than COE automations.

Because I don’t think you will be able to change the order of drop down menu

Hi @Palaniyappan , thanks for your reply. I could not find a way in the roles customization to allow to approve only for Citizen Development (and not COE).

Could you kindly take a screenshot of your admin console, what set up I should use to achieve it?
