Productivity activities - preview releases (3 September 2025)

New preview versions of the productivity activities

On 3 September 2025 we released three new previews for the following Productivity activity packages:

• UiPath.Microsoft Office 365.Activities
• UiPath.GSuite.Activities
• UiPath.Mail..Activities

Please read below what’s new in each of them

Microsoft Office 365 - 3.4.1-preview

Improvements

• The classic group of activities was moved under the Studio Classic activities filter for consistency with our other activity packages. Don’t forget to toggle the Classic filter at the top of the Activities panel if you cannot see them:
  
  
  
• The Delete File or Folder activity now allows you to permanently delete your file or folder
  
  
• File Check-in/Check-out activity for OneDrive now provides more specific error messages, including a clear indication when a file is locked or in use, improving user experience and troubleshooting capabilities.

Bug fixes

• Values of label filters were not visually persistent in the Get Email List activity when reopening the project

Bug fixes

• Fixed the missing tooltips on the Write Text and Read Text activities
• The Email folder or label property of the Get Email List activity did not properly handle the backslash \ character
• Values of label filters were not visually persistent in the Get Email List activity when reopening the project
• We fixed the issue reported over here. The activity now returns the correct values.

Mail - 2.4.1-preview

Improvements

Bug fixes

• Bug fix: Get Exchange Mail Message activity now correctly retrieves emails when Top property is set to 1,001 or higher, eliminating duplicate retrievals and ensuring proper execution when Top is set to null
• Bug fix: Get Exchange Mail Messages activity now properly handles email attachments without subjects, preventing the robot from getting stuck and ensuring valid email objects are received across all library versions
