Project is running fine when i was connected to Remote Desktop Connection. But does not working good when i disconnected to Remote Desktop Connection. Showing selector issue for type into activity but it is validating. How to resolve this?

Hi @Hu_Xiaotao Go to Tenant → Manage Access → Assign Roles → Robot Accounts → Click on three dots and click on Edit → you will find Robot Settings → Enable Login to Console by keeping option as No → Click Update. This should help you run the bot, even when your Remote Connection is locked. [image] Hope it help!!

The issue will arise when you didn’t enabled the option shown in the above thread so please make sure you enable that and try to check by executing the bot and please let me know the output.

I’ve learnt it hard way, there are some fields that depends on resolution. We worked with a SAP online tool and that had different selector elements for a same button, it was failing on the VM and working on VDI. Do check if the resolution is the issue. Make bot to establish the connection with same resolution. You can do that using settings of the application you use to connect, if you are using terminal you can simply select the connection parameters by right clicking on the machine name
