Production Environment Warning

Hi there, it is too easy to accidentally do things in the Prod environment when you have access to dev, qa and prod - would it be possible to have an option to set a warning if you are working in prod and making changes - this would be a one off any time a change is initiated in prod.

Have you considered adding a colour to each Tenant to help?
I make a Dev tenant Green and a Prod tenant Red

Ideally you’d also segregate your responsibilities to make it so you cannot even do this in prod.
