The bot “Product Review Moderator” will help any online platform to moderate product reviews using an automated system which will understand the language, intent, tone of the reviews. Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of the process:
Get Product Reviews:
The process begins with fetching product reviews from a platform.
Get Review Language:
The language of the review is identified.
Is Review in English?:
The process checks whether the review is in English.
If the review is not in English, it is sent for translation into English.
Once translated (if necessary), the review is then passed on for further checks.
Check Review Genuineness:
The review undergoes a genuineness check to determine whether it is authentic or potentially fraudulent.
Review Score Within Threshold?:
The process checks if the review score falls within an acceptable threshold.
If the review score is within the threshold, it proceeds to be approved.
If not, it triggers a human review.
Human Review:
If the review fails the automatic checks or falls outside the score threshold, it is flagged for human moderation.
Based on the human moderator’s decision, the review is either approved or rejected.
Remove the Review:
If the review is rejected (either by the automated system or human moderator), it is removed from the platform.
Reject:
If the review is rejected, it is discarded.
Approved:
If the review is approved, it is allowed to remain on the platform.
