Product Evaluation & Certification Automation
Use Case Description
Different countries have different standards to provide certificate to the products, this process does the same thing. Manufacturer apply to evaluate their products to get certified with an application and reports. Bot download application and report from MS SharePoint, reads the the same, extract product and company information from application and result values of product test in a lab. If lab is recognized then bot creates a records in MS dynamics CRM and in the end generates an evaluation report in word format. Very complex process now completely automated which is improving operational efficiency, more accurate and saving FTEs.
