Processing overlapping text using deep learning

Let’s say we’ve a document and in that document we’ve some overlapped text in that. By using deep learning concepts we can distinguish between foreground text and background text. Ultimately, it will be helpful for us to deal with overlapped text in the documents.
Although the results won’t be that much real values because the text (foreground or background) might get blurred due to the overlapping but to some extent we can achieve the text. This little solution would be better than NO solution.
