Processes stay in pending - no other process running

Hello,
I am having a strange problem from this morning, the processes that were scheduled from Orchestrator appear stopped and when I try to restart them manually the status remains as Pending. No other processes are running meanwhile.

The Orchestrator has been running correctly for the past 2 years and I have not done any changes, what could the problem be?

check the run time and attended robot allocated properly , and also you need to assign machines

This usually happens then you try to run the process but no bots are currently available to pick up the job at the moment.

Please check whether you are able to see the runtimes at the execution time. It should not be 0.

You are right, it appears as 0, but I can still select in the options the bot name and the machine name:

You can still select the bot name & the machine name, but the process will not proceed to the running state unless the runtime is actually available to take up the job. The job will stay in the pending state in the meantime.

In order to fix this, you need to navigate to the specified machine & provision a valid runtime to the machine, so that the process will be executed. In the following image, you can see that the Production (Unattended) has been set to 1.
