Processes run from Orchestrator gets faulted

Hi all,

When we run two different processes simultaneously using two different robots (created on different accounts with different environments), One of the processes gets Faulted and will not execute.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @maria.josephina

Could you provide more details? All relevant versions of the software would be appreciated, together with any logged errors.
As much detail as possible makes solving the issue much easier :slight_smile:

@loginerror

I am using the following versions -
Orchestrator : 2018.3.2 (community version)
Studio : 2018.2.3

Iam getting the following error when runing 2 process simultaneuously ::

Executor start process failed, reason System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800700AA): The requested resource is in use. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800700AA)

We are also encountering this same error message, but not sure what the cause is nor how to resolve it?
Orchestrator 2018.2.6
