I would like to know if there´s any way I could have various areas and their respective queues (Eg: Finance, Marketing, IT…) in the same tenant and to avoid the Finance area to be able to see The Marketing or the IT processes and vice versa.

yes, this is possible. You just need to create a separate folder for each department.
In case you use modern folders you can also separate the package feeds.

If you need further help with orchestrator settings, I recommend looking into this playlist on YouTube, it goes over a lot of the different functionalities on orchestrator in great detail, including folder set up.
