I want to start a new process in Studio X but in the menu Star > new project > process in my program I don’t have the button ‘process’.
It should have ‘process’, ‘library’, ‘blank task’ & ‘template’. In my menu there is only ‘blank task’, ‘template’.
Does anyone know what this failure is due to? Could it be because of the trial version?
There is a “Blank task” section, that is the one you need to start a project from scratch in StudioX
The “Process” term is the same one but is in Studio.

That will be just fine. you can create a project from start using this Blank Task and get your practice and assignments done.

So it kinda dependes on what certification you are aiming for , because if you try to learn and obtain a Studio certification that will not be possible to do with StudioX . Judging by your initial question you should use Studio

@dragos.suma mentioned correctly but assuming that @Carmen_Tur you should be aware of your training and certification.
There are StudioX Certification via Organizations collaborating with UiPath for Citizen Developer training and certification also, But UiARD and UiRPA required Studio knowledge prominently.
