Process stays in pending , never starts - error (#1680, #1222)

Hello,
I have recently installed the cloud version of the Orchestrator 21.4.4.
I have connected my UiPath studio/ assistant to the orchestrator and I am able to publish processes there.
The problem is when I try to start a process from the Orchestrator it never starts, just stays in pending. From the UiPath Assistant I can launch processes and they run without problems.
Very often I receive emails from UiPath stating that error #1680, #1222 has happened.

On a daily basis I receive this error email too:

Can anybody help understanding what is going on?

Can you check under license tab, the status of license allocated to you? Is it green or red?

Hi @armi_v,

Are you using a machine template or standard machine?

Have you checked if bot is currently busy running other process?

As this issue usually happens when license is not green or bot is busy thus unable to pick process for execution.

Additionally, you can check below condition and observe behavior?

I noticed in your original screenshot, for domain\username it is using autogen\arm…

can you please go to your command prompt on the machine you are trying to run the unattended process on, type “whoami”, and paste that domain\username for the unattended bot in the user settings as seen here and enter the windows password under “password”:
