Process runs incredibly slow on AWS RDP

Hello All,

We have some processes running unattended on AWS machines (RDP) but they’re running incredibly slow (about 20 minutes to perform a type into, or close an application). I even have some processes blocked on “open application” for hours and hours.

Timeout are by default (30000ms) so if there was any tech exception, processes should be crashing but they’re not… so it has to be another issue.

We’re using 2019.4.1 enterprise edition since its release and had no such issues in the past.

Any idea about what could be the source of this problem ?
