Process Run in a user session, but nor on another

Hello, I’m having a stragnge problem sice I update to 2023.10.

Our production server is robust machine that runs 6 unnatended licences.
One of our automation is presenting an error when login in to a website. We tried to update the selectors and even changed all the classic activities for modern and it still fails to Type Into in the login field.
But the strange behavior is, that when we run this process using anothe Windows session that is for another licence, it runs perfectly.

Have anyone ever had a similar problem? If yes, how to solve it?

What is the error youa re getting?

Are the browser versions and UiPath versions same on both?

Are the extensions updated?

Once you receives the update for Studio, update your packages also to recent versions. This will provide backward compatibility to your solutions.

UiPath Support advised me to make clean uninstall e reinstall UiPath Robot.
It Worked
