For process mining can be accessed in community edition for poc purpose?
Is their any pre requisite for this?

UiPath Process Mining is not available in the Community Edition. It requires an Enterprise license in Automation Cloud or Automation Suite, along with specific resources like AI Units or Platform Units

Currently I am having attended enterprise licence in this licence can I use process mining?
No i think An attended enterprise license alone does not enable Process Mining; it requires additional AI Units and specific entitlements in Automation Cloud or Suite.

UiPath Process Mining is not available in Community Edition or with only an Attended Enterprise license. It requires Enterprise Automation Cloud/Suite with Process Mining enabled and sufficient AI/Platform Units. For POC, manual discovery, Task Mining, or external tools can be used as alternatives.

No @vhvinodsai , you cannot explore process mining using the Community license.
Either use Standard Trail - UiPath
or request trail on your existing Enterprise license
You cannot use Community edition for any commercial POC, regardless of the part of the platform you use.
This is similar to the NFR licence partners get, which has similar clauses about commercial use and also explicitly rules out POCs.
Its exclusively for non-commercial use only. Which means personal projects and educations are where it can be used.
POCs are commercial, you need to use the trial in order to do that, or purchase the relevant licences. If you are on the unified plan you have access and just need platform units.
