Process Exception Error

Hi All,

I have just received the below automatic alert for one of my live unattended automations in Orchestrator Enterprise.

i tried signing in automation cloud, and the loading square logo just keeps loading, tried the same with a different staff in another country and the same issue is there.

"The Process Cases process has encountered a System Error.
Exception Message: Access to resource is denied: Error connecting to UiPath Internal Server Error
Exception Source: UiPath.Persistence.Activities "

Has anyone experienced this same issue ? is there any disruption with orchestrator ?

Hello,

Since you have UiPath Enterprise version, might be a better and quick resolution if you contact UiPath Suport.

Is just an idea.
