Process Emails

Hello friends,

(@rkelchuri, @Rammohan91, @balupad14, @vvaidya, @ClaytonM, @Florent_Salendres, @Manjuts90, @Maheshk, @MAHESH1)
I have a process in which I should perform the following actions:
1)open Outlook;
2)get all unread emails; (the Parameter Top must be set in such a way that all unread emails are rpcessed, not only the first 30)
3)read the body of the email and extract all data

(for example the data from VDIVS to 1,0718 in the following body:

From: Foo**
Sent: mercoledì 5 aprile 2017 09:59
To: Estero <estero@*****.it>
Cc: Forex <Foreign@******.it>
Subject: FW: Ordine vendita divisa cdg 1158813

VDIVS
1158813
50794547
USD
4.278,13
05-apr-17
07-apr-17

4) store the data in variables.
Can you please help me in defining a sample workflow?
It’s very urgent for the development of a Bot at the client.

the mail is forwarded so it contains also the part with: From: Foo**

Cc: Forex <Foreign@*.it>
Subject: FW: Ordine vendita divisa cdg 1158813

The part of the data that I want to store starts with one of these : ADIVS, ADIVT , VDIVS or VDIVT and ends with numeric value.

it reads all the mails from outlook u an change it if you want read particular count of mails.

I deleted the mark from OnlyUnreadMessages and left Top=-1 but doesn’t work
It gives this error:
Get Outlook Mail Messages: The operation has timed out.
Can you please help me?

Hi @CamiCat,

Can you mark OnlyUnreadMessages and try runnning
and make sure mails are unread in outlook, which meets your condition.

It should still work give some count in top property and make sure you move the processed mail to some other folder so that bot won’t pick same mails again and again for next run.
For moving the mail,
Make sure you have all ready created folder to move.
