where I use in the robot only PDF
I have added now the kill process activity as follow :

Is that correct if I have put those 2 kill process activity to solve my problem?

Hey!

Did you confirmed whether the kill Acrobat is working or not? in Debug mode.

In the properties of Kill Process

Set AppliesTo->All

Why would you kill Assistant? It isn’t what’s using the PDF file.

You have the PDF open in another app, or some other user has it open.
