Orchestrator is updated. But nothing is changed
Could you please tell us which version of orchestrator you have updated to?
- First thing your orchestrator is pretty old
- As you are an enterprise customer would say raise a ticket with customer support using your license code or support ID
- As this is old version they might help you with upgrading it to the fresh one
- 500 generally indicates issue on server so check the event viewer logs on your orchestrator server which can give you the details
