We have a problem, studio is working well and when we launch the proccess is ok. But when the proccess is publish to orchestrator, and trigger switch on the proccess is not working.
There is only one explanation “Error accured”, and nothing anymore

You can get more info about the error by checking logs or clicking the Details logo (info icon) on the execution.
This should point you in the right direction.

If you are using On Premises Orchestrator, check for the logs or audit logs. There should be some logs showing the reason. You can also refer System Logs if there is anything.
Can you please show your trigger details ?
Also, are you able to run the process when you try to start it manually without trigger?
if yes, there can be issue in trigger defined.
First, use the browser Inspect tool (Ctrl + Shift + I)
Monitor the Console and Network tabs events for extra details
Check the Event Viewer → Application logs when the issue occurred in Orchestrator server

What is the version of Orchestrator and robot?
What you see in the Network tab? Do you see more details about the error returned?
I assume that your problem is insufficient disk space on the SQL hard drive for Orchestrator.
Check the SQL server and the Orchestrator server for extra details.
Unfortunately, you are using unsupported versions of Studio/Robot and Orchestrator.
