Problems with Cloud Orchestrator - impossible to run any process after update

I need to use my personal cloud orchestrator only for training purpose. 2 years ago I managed to connect and run training processes on it but now this connection doesn’t work and I can’t set any new one (it is impossible to add a new robot or to connect with UiPath Assistant). All details are included in the attached docx.
