Problems logging in to Studio - first time user

I’m able to login to UiPath Assistant but I’m receiving an error when trying to login to the UiPath Studio app. Looking thru the forum I can’t find any topic related to this. Because of this I’ve been unable to start training.

I don’t know where to find my license code to create a trouble ticket.

Which version of studio do you use? This messages says Studio Enterprise edition is installed in your machine. If so, can you try to re-install studio Community edition? We can get installer for it from Resource Center of Automation Cloud as the following image.
