Problems accessing sharepoint files outside organization

Hi,

I have managed to access sharepoint files within the organization using office365 activities but could not do so for another sharepoint site outside the organization, even though I can access and open the sharepoint site using chrome browser.

The API has been created with Accounts in any organizational directory.

Is there anything else that I have overlooked while creating this API?
