Issue with UiPath Studio and UiPath Assistant

Hello, I am trying to publish a program with Studio and verify it with UiPath Assistant. The truth is, I am just starting, but in both UiPath Studio and UiPath Assistant, I get an error:

Communication error with the Robot service. Please check the status of the Robot service. Reason: unattended robot for the user key ------- could not be found.

Make sure your machine is connected with internet and retry.

If the above solution don’t work, try reinstalling Studio.

Try below steps,

  • Logout from UiPath Studio and Assistant.
  • Restart the machine
  • Do Login for both UiPath Studio and Assistant.

If still facing same issue,
reinstall do configuration again.

Thank you very much, it was very helpful to understand the solution; however, what I had to do was the following:

  • Log in to cloud.uipath.com with my username
  • Go to admin → licenses → users
  • Under license allocations to users, click on allocate licenses:
    In names: enter the login email
    Select the option: Automation Developer - Named User
    Save.
