Problem with the performer of the ‘Generate Yearly Report’ project

Hello, good afternoon. I’m having problems finishing the ‘Generate Yearly Report’ performer. Everything seems to be fine, but when I go through the last page of ‘Work Items’, I can’t get to the last page of ‘Work Items’. The WI4 on the last page are not scrolling and remain in ‘Open’. Please, if someone has had something similar happen to you, let me know how I can solve it. Thank you very much in advance. Thanks in advance.

Kindly share your code to have a look to understand the issue. There must be pagination not working till the last page.

Which activity you are using to iterate through all the pages?

Here is dispatcher code I have built. Run it and then run your performer and see if all the items are processed or not.

I haven’t checked the Performer as I think the dispatcher wasn’t able to add all the Open WI4 which was resulting in this issue.

Do let me know If still keeps the items open and I will check the Performer as well.

Thank you very much for your help. I have a question, in System1_login you have a workflow invoked called GetCredential, but when I click on Open Workflow, it doesn’t direct me anywhere. Why does this happen?

GetCredential is an activity not a workflow to get the Credential asset from Orchestrator. Can you share the screenshot about what you are saying about?

In this case GetCredential is a workflow invoked, I send a screenshot to make it clear. And as I say, when I try to open the workflow, nothing happens.

That’s strange. May be due to some Studio version difference or something it’s showing Get Credential as Invoke Workflow on your machine.

If it don’t work as it is. Replace that invoke workflow activity with Get Credential activity

I finally managed to make the dispatcher just as you sent it. All items are acquired correctly in the dispatcher, and running the performer is the same. Some WI4s are completed and some are not. I don’t know what to do anymore.

Check the performer thrown any exception while processing those transactions which are still in Open state.
