Problem with sending mail

Hi.
After many times of using Send Exchange mail message acivity I am getting this error

I’m so confused bcouse it wor working few months, and this is the first time I’m getting this…

Can anyone help me?

ensure that the used user has an email postbox. This can be done e.g.

  • login with the same used user credentials to the email web client
  • Or crosscheck with the IT / user Account team

It might happen due to policy changes on your Exchange server. Try enabling SaveCopy property

Hi @okalinic

verify Exchange credentials, update UiPath.Mail.Activities, and ensure API limits are not exceeded. If the issue persists, switch to SMTP or Outlook activities.
