Problem with selectors and ui path paid version login

Hello Everyone,
I am new to ui path, i was assigned a task to do web scrapping for a project. Right now i am using a free version of ui path i faced an issue in “Get Text” activity that multiple similar matches found, so i researched it in chat gpt., tried all the solution that are possible one of that solution was to wildcard the selectors, but my html selector is what i could not modify, it said it is not possible in free version. So i purchased a paid version of ui path using my company mail. The payment was successful but i am not able to login to the account. I think the issue is because of my company mail " rishikesh.r@spurrin.com " whic is not gmail. I raised a same issue with ui path contact team. They responded on my personal mail and gave me a login access, but again i faced the same error. Need your help guys on this issue. Looking forward for your reply.

  1. for proper selectors you need to use ui explorer in studio and indentify the attributes which are unique,using wildcards might make it more similar…so try finding unique attributes..when I say unique you might need to try different attribute combinations(generally name,aaname,tag,class ) ..also while selecting make sure few attribute values change evrytime avoid them
  2. for paid version and issue contacting sales would be the best option. you can specify the error here as well as few might have faced same might help,but reaching to support team is best option here
